Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript) (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • You are part of a cross-functional product team responsible for a large share of the AI-based part of our platform—agentic solutions that don’t just improve our customers' daily productivity, but take over full tasks from them.

  • You and your team plan, architect & develop applications within the team’s tech stack, which includes TypeScript, Node.js, Mastra AI, React, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Git/GitLab, all running on AWS.

  • You work closely with Product Managers and Designers to create high-quality features that delight our customers.

  • You collaborate closely with fellow developers to build lasting, scalable, highly available, and reliable technical solutions, ensuring the overall excellence of our software platform.

  • You think outside the box and bring your ideas to improve our product or increase our developer experience to the table.


Your profile

  • You know the ins & outs of TypeScript and feel equally at home in the Backend as well as on the Frontend and bring your experience to bear in both areas, whether it's complex architectures or the design of single-page applications, with the Backend being your main strength.

  • You are a power user of AI-based tools (ideally, have deep experience with Claude Code), and you know how to boost your productivity with them safely and responsibly.

  • You know how to use LLMs as components of software architecture and as a means of delivering customer value.

  • You have working experience with building cloud applications on AWS.

  • You write well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check. 

  • You have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented & KPI-driven working style.

  • You are a strong communicator, and your English is at a very good level (>C1).
